DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
There were no new Declarations of Interest and no dispensations requested.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES.
It was RESOLVED unanimously to accept the minutes as an accurate record of the meeting held 12th June 2017.
One member of the public attended and raised the following issues:

It was RESOLVED unanimously to accept the financial information and payments for approval.
The Clerk reported that she had experienced some difficulty in getting together the paperwork for audit as she had only very recently been able to take receipt of the council paperwork. On receipt of the accounts an internal audit had not yet taken place and the Annual Return had not yet been submitted. It was RESOLVED unanimously to submit the annual return for audit as completely as possible.
The planning register was accepted and will be circulated in advance of future meetings planning applications received by the council from July onwards.
17/05421/FUL Barn Owl Farm – There were no objections to this application.
17/02498/FUL – The Parish Council had originally supported the application for 10 units and saw no reason to change previously submitted comments. Cllr Moulstone had spoken to the applicant about lighting on Ferma Lane and he had informally indicated he would be willing to put forward at least £500.
REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES AND SUB GROUPS
Cllrs noted disappointment that the speed limit reduction had been refused. Cllr Johnson will consult with Highways at the meeting on 9th August to see what other measures could be put in place.
An email had been received from Mr Tomlinson raising three points:
The council will refer points 1 and 3 to the Highways officer, regarding grass cutting this is on a 3-4 week schedule.
